Our Process

Six steps. One standard.

  1. Sourcing & Inward Quality Check

    Incoming consignments are inspected against our grade and quality requirements before they enter our supply chain.

  2. Cleaning & Sorting

    Material is cleaned and sorted to remove foreign matter and off-grade pieces, protecting the integrity of every batch.

  3. Grading

    Products are graded by size, colour and quality for the right end use — bulk supply, retail packing or private-label production.

  4. Processing

    [Roasting, salting, shelling, slicing or other steps — confirm what you do in-house.]

  5. Packaging

    Products are packed in hygienic, food-grade packaging in bulk or retail formats according to the order.

  6. Quality Hold & Dispatch

    Finished goods are checked, stored correctly and dispatched to order — across India and to export partners.
